That engine is Winify — a self-hosted PaaS and DevOps control plane I'm building in Go. Git webhooks kick off builds, deployments, health checks, and rollbacks; SSH drives Docker/Linux hosts while WinRM handles Windows IIS; Caddy terminates TLS; and servers are watched without agents.

I care most about what happens after deploy.

Shipping is the easy ten percent. I've configured Linux VPS servers, PostgreSQL, reverse proxies, domains, and SSL/TLS for production Docker apps, worked with Cloudflare and Coolify, and put in the hours troubleshooting networking, database, and configuration issues from dev all the way to prod.

And I build the apps behind all of it.

Full-stack when the job calls for it. FastAPI and PydanticAI services over a ChromaDB retrieval pipeline with fully local models via Ollama; Django with Redis and Celery handling background work; and platforms served mobile-first to users on slow connections.

Winify — DevOps Control Center

A self-hosted PaaS and DevOps control plane written in Go for automating the deployment and management of Docker/Linux and Windows IIS environments. Push-to-deploy CI/CD: Git webhooks trigger builds, deployments, health checks, and rollbacks. Servers are driven directly — SSH for Linux/Docker hosts, WinRM/PowerShell remoting for Windows IIS — with agentless monitoring of CPU, memory, disk, uptime, and service health. Caddy handles reverse proxying and Let's Encrypt TLS, credentials are encrypted at rest, and Go's concurrency model keeps webhook events, remote connections, and deployment jobs moving. In active development.

AI-Powered Tax Information System

Backend services built with FastAPI and validated with Pydantic, answering tax questions through a retrieval-augmented pipeline over ChromaDB embeddings. Models run fully local via Ollama, so no data leaves the machine. PostgreSQL and Docker ground the infrastructure, and the whole system is designed for resource efficiency and reliable, boring deployment.

Scholarship Management Platform

A youth empowerment and scholarship platform — the Mbo / RMHCDT youth portal — that connects young people to scholarships, grants, and empowerment programmes through a transparent application and verification workflow. A Django REST API behind a Next.js frontend, mobile-first for users on 3G and accessibility-minded, with Redis and Celery powering asynchronous background processing, containerized services, and a production deployment I configured and maintain.

Production Deployment & Infrastructure

The ongoing work of putting real applications into production and keeping them there: containerized services on Linux VPS infrastructure, PostgreSQL databases, reverse-proxy and Caddy routing, domains, and SSL/TLS — with DNS managed through Cloudflare and self-hosted deployments through Coolify. Plus the steady, unglamorous troubleshooting of application, networking, database, and configuration issues from development through production.

An earlier iteration of the local-AI work for the Akwa Ibom IRS: advertiser lead intelligence across Akwa Ibom plus a fully local, cited RAG assistant running on Phi-4-mini via Ollama — no cloud APIs, no data leaving the machine.
